Conveniently located to the Amphitheater it's a natural to want to stay here ... but please put some money back into your facility. I understand things being older and a little beat up but there is no excuse for carpets desperately needing shampoo'd / replaced or rooms having an odor to them, etc.

We prebooked a "Deluxe" room with 2 beds through Expedia, then on arrival had to wait in a long, slow-moving check-in line as a single clerk checked everybody in. When we got to our assigned room we found open suitcases and an open purse laying on the beds. (The guests were not in the room). When we returned to the check-in desk, the clerk explained that he believed someone had checked into the wrong room. (So why did their keycard work on a different lock?). When we arrived at our newly assigned room we noticed it was not as nice as the original room (Standard instead of the Deluxe that we paid extra for). The internal door lock crossbar was missing (Not reassuring as the keycards seem to open other unit's doors). The worst part was the pubic hairs on the bathroom floor, as well as long hairs in the bathtub. Also, the carpets in the hallway were filthy and stained. Finally, the included "free" breakfast was a joke and the juice machine didn't work. I cannot recommend staying at this place!

The tub felt as if it was going to cave in with yellow (pee-like) stains. Also there was a dirty baby diaper under one of the beds. The night stand drawer was simi broken. Overall experience was not good at all i would not be returning or recommending.

The property could not have been any closer to the venue I was interested in. As expected the property was worn but seemed clean. The breakfast was minimal but the staff was friendly and I left my car at the property until I returned from the event I was attending which ended before noon which made things easy.
