I already booked the hotel and when arriving their reception already close. When i call the number they don’t pickup and i have to find another hotel that night.

Bad and dirty apartment

Book 2 nights stay with this apartment. Condition is terrible. Sofa is totally in a disaster condition. Impossible to sit on. Toilet, bedsheet, bed condition, water boiler are all in bad condition. We have to make a request to change to another unit but guess what, the condition is the same for the other unit. We are so uneasy with the dirtiness of the unit and we check out the next morning. Hotels.com cant refund us even we have supporting pics that we took when we first check in. In the end we need to look for another hotel at the last min on our own expenses. This apartment should not be advertised in hotels.com as this is money wasting for all consumers. They take no pride in their housekeeping and keep the condition of their units well. Please think twice before book this. Hotels.com should look into this asap.

Naja, muss nicht ein zweites mal sein

Wir wollten nur eine Nacht in den Highlands verbringen deswegen dürfte es nicht teuer sein. Für 22,- € die Nacht war es okay. Man darf aber nix erwarten. Das Zentrum ist nicht fußläufig erreichbar. Wenn man mit dem Bus ankommt, muss man das Taxi nehmen. Kostet nicht viel, nur 15 ringit. Ich konnte die positiven Bewertungen bezüglich Lage und Zustand deswegen nicht nachvollziehen. Ich würde es jemanden ohne einen eigene PKW nicht empfehlen. Was ismch aber sagen muss, der junge Mann und die junge Frau an der Rezeption sind sehe freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie buchten unsere Tour, ruften Taxis und bewahrten unser Gepäck auf. Vielen Dank für den guten Service!

Vieze kamers, slechte locatie

Kamers zijn niet schoon, bank is doorgezakt, muffe geur in de badkamer. Accommodatie is op 45 minuten lopen van het stadje Tanah Rata. Taxi's hebben moeite om het appartement te vinden aangezien er 3 accommodaties met dezelfde naam zijn.

I'll be back!

Overall very good. Nice location, just a minute or two to the night market. Very clean apartment except for the sofa set. I wouldn't want to touch it with a 10-foot pole. Please change it or at the least, refurbish it with synthetic leather (PVC) so it'll last longer and even if cracked, still people can/will sit on it. Now it's fabric suede and in very bad condition. My goodness, yuck! Unit# S2-223.
