"The property was well equipped with everything you would need. Lovely bungalow, even though close to main house we never felt any lack of privacy. Secure off street parking for our hire car. "We were globally disappointed about that property due to different elements. Climatisation was installed in only 2 bedrooms, the rest of the house was hot (3 bedrooms, living room and kitchen …) and it was complicated to maintain the différent parts of the house cool. Part of the facilities were damaged: exterior sun loungers were ripped, one shower was partially broken, one base bed was not usable, the garden contain rusty tools dangerous for young children and was not maintained…. Finally...

"Owner and property manager dont speak English so be ready for difficult communication if you dont speak French. However, this did not spoil what was otherwise a super holiday - the house is secure, neighbours friendly, neighbourhood quiet but close enough to coastal destinations if you have a car. "What a wonderful villa - we liked it so much that on the first night we booked two weeks next year! The villa is large, very spacious and effectively split across many levels and spaces. With two adults (parents), an adult eldest child and a teenage child, there was space enough for all of us to come together for meals and socialising but also space to sit quietly on our own reading a book or sunbathing. The kitchen was very well equipped with the added bonus of an exterior kitchen with fridge...

"We had a very good experience here. It was our first vacation outside Belgium with our 2 kids (3,5y and 6,5y). The welcome was very good, the house was little (but we knew that) but clean. We had everything we needed. The pool is in the garden of the owners, but they respect your privacy. It didn’t bother us en they let us be. "Stayed for 2 weeks in the two bedroom section of the house. Fantastic views from the balcony and pool. Great pool for relaxing by. Private estate so it felt very secure. 10 mins to Mandelieu and Theole for great beaches and restaurants . Close to Cannes, Frejus, Lac Cassien and up into the hills. Super hosts Maxime and Odile made us all feel very welcome and we will definitely return in the future. Ideal for a family of 4 and the pool is great for little ones."

"The pool and sauna hours for the hotel were relatively long so that was helpful because after a day out, you can use them. The sauna was well maintained and even included a shower. The hotel staff were helpful but had very short working hours so always had to wait full day to ask a question if anything happened in the evening. Overall very good experience, highly recommend if you're driving, if not its a bit hard in terms of accessibility as public transport services to the hotel finish by half...
