The hotel was nice and clean, staff was amazing, but the elevator was down and they put us (a family of 4) on the top floor. Then our room was out of many of the amenities like shampoo and conditioner. Breakfast was great!

Easy to get to, very close to the Great Sand Dunes National Park, which makes it very convenient if camping is not an option for you. The room was very comfortable and the view was amazing!

The red and green flashing LED light in the room was very annoying. Not sure of its purpose. Also, it was impossible to see the dark keypad for entering the room at the end of the corridor at night. You had to guess where the first number might be.

Overall nice stay. We stayed for 3 nights and they cleaned room all 3 nights. However, shampoos were not replenished. The guy who cooked breakfast was kind of rude.
