"Staff was friendly. Room appeared old with 40 inch TV. Can smell smoke in the hallways. Need to ventilate the room due to old smell when you first check in. No breakfast. Some lights inside the room didn't work and the room was very dim overall. Only reason we stayed here was because they accept our dog with reasonable fees."

"Everything was absolutely top-notch—from the location and the building to the condition of the room. The modern design, incredibly high ceilings, and even the garment-care machine provided in each room were all amazing. I was honestly impressed by the level of luxury and attention to detail, especially at such a reasonable price. It was such a wonderful stay that I’m already thinking about coming back to Jeonju next year with my whole family when we visit Korea again. I wish I could give this place 100 stars!
