From a hotel that's more expensive than any in the region guests expect a seamless luxurious perfect stay. In our case the pool and hot tub were out of order the entire weekend of our stay. “Hotel was in a great location. Short walk into town to go to restaurants/ bars in Zabljak. 30 minute drive to or hike in dormitor national park. Staff was friendly and very helpful, especially Alexander. Breakfast buffet was huge and delicious.”
