“The room was pretty clean and looked newly updated, however, our room was above the restaurant kitchen which was loud until it closed. The bathroom was good but the tub didn’t drain well and filled up during a shower.”

“This is the best cabin we rented. It had old charm rustic and was right on the water, with lots of activities available (walks, biking, swimming, kayaking). We loved exploring the island and bays. Had nice grilled dinner and marshmallows on the fire. We highly recommend this resort!”

“The room had a digitally controlled air conditioner. It worked. It was set for 71*F which was ok but we couldn’t find the controller. Until morning. It was in the drawer of the night stand. I suggest when the room is cleaned and prepped that AC and TV controllers should be left in plain view for the guests.”

“I never have any issues even at 2 or 3 star inns. This inn was the worst I've been to. I had 3 room changes due to the first one with dirty pillows, unwashed sheets, and blood in the drain of the shower. The second room they had me try was literally 30 degrees inside, with the a/c not working - it was insane. I didn't know a room could get so hot and I'm not exaggerating. The third room I caved and stayed because I had just finished driving 15 hours and was extremely tired. I had to brush of……

“Had a few issues like the digital boxes being left all apart, a broken coffee table. Previous guests must have been a bit destructive. But the staff were amazing. Got it all fixed up. We had a full kitchen so could make a great meal. Freezer was very welcomed when travelling”

“The room was very outdated to the 70’s. Cleanliness was non existent. The bathroom had mold and mildew in most areas of the floor corners. Floors and walls were terribly dirty. No evidence of sweeping and vacuuming or cleaning. Previous room users hair could be seen on floor corners … particularly in the bathroom. Independent health inspectors should conduct audits of rooms in this facility which will confirm unsanitary hygiene conditions. Avoid this facility period. Expedia should delete this……
