"It's a great campground for families - there is the beach right there and the pool as well (need swim cap!). Good minimarket and restaurant. Nice staff and fantastic animation for kids in the evening. The bungalows are clean and modern with a nice deck to sit & eat on Really great place!"

"Positives: We had the best available cottage, located at the very back of the grounds. Since it was September, the location was quiet. It would be noisy during season since it is directly across the street from the stage and playground. The cottage was comfortable and had all of the necessary basics in the kitchen. "The swimming pool is really great for children, with shallow pool and slide, but unfortuntely there are no umbrellas for shade. The beach is nice, there is the option of bringing your own chair & umbrella or paying for one. There is a bar on the beach and the staff is overall very friendly. Thanks for the great stay!"

"This is the cleanest property I’ve come across in vacation rentals. It’s comfortable, cozy, close to the beach and to the highway for easy sightseeing. The balcony is huge, just like in the pics, and it’s possible to spend the whole day there thanks to partial shading. The neighborhood is small and very quiet. "Wonderful secluded guesthouse on large forested hillside estate close to beautiful Lake Bracciano. Easy access to notable area attractions (with car) including fantastic Etruscan sites at Tarquinia and Cerveteri. Guesthouse has all the amenities for a comfortable stay including a very nice outdoor spa (should you desire to use it) situated in a beautiful surrounding garden. Marco was an outstanding host and we would most definitely stay there again!"

"Steffano was everything that all the great reviews said he would be. We arrived early from a cruise and waited at a corner coffee shop for 7Bell’s to open. Steffano came to the coffee shop, to find us and lead us upstairs to check in. We enjoyed the lovely terrace with a view of the streets and water while our room was readied. Steffano provided us with cups of coffee to enjoy while we waited. Room and establishment felt very safe and secure. It’s close to great restaurants and views. We would certainly stay here again when in the area."
