“only the location is good. The room very very dirty and everything inside are old. toilet has bad smell. Breakfast not good at all. I will not stay here again.”

“The location of 7 Bell’s House is excellent, close to the port shuttle snd many restaurants. The room we booked was Leandra and was on the terrace side. The bed was large and comfortable. We were not impressed by the shower stall, which was really tiny. The whole sink faucet was not anchored to the sink. I think, as well, there can be more attention to cleaning…there was hair in the sink, mildew in the shower, and a mound of dust/dirt under the bed. We did enjoy the terrace and the breakfast……

Nous étions très déçus de ne pas avoir la chambre que nous avions réservée, qui était plus grande et qui donnait sur la ville. Par contre, nous devons dire qu’ils ont été très corrects en venant nous reconduire le lendemain à notre croisière et en nous compensant pour la différence de prix. Ils étaient grandement désolés. “The location is nice. The staff helps you to get a ride - 10 euros to the port. Breakfast is ok. The area is nice and walkable especially at night. Lots of option to dine within the area. Stefano recommended a few and we tried it. Great food. My only con is no elevator so bring you luggage ip the stairs.”

“Everything about this stay was fantastic. There was a slight mix up the first day, but it was immediately resolved. We had an issue with our luggage at the airport and they went above and beyond to help. It is a quick walk to the train and close to lovely little cafes. Would stay here again every time. I cannot say enough good things”
