“The property was well located for transport links. The room was clean and well kept. The only issue i had in the room was the shower head was placed a bit too low. The arrivals and departures was easy with the codes. There was an issue one night when my phone died and so i struggled to get in. Overall i had a very nice stay here. ”

“Malta is an exotic place for me. The hotel is located very near the airport, with about 15 minutes of walk. A taxi ride would be only 5 minutes. But directions are not clear and almost all the buildings were closed and looked all the same so it was rather difficult to find the place. The young attendant at the front desk was kind and polite. But his duty hours were between 6am and 3pm only. That means any one arriving after 3pm needs to follow the clues left on the door to open the gate and……

“The location is close to the main historical buildings and tourist centres. The breakfast buffet provides diversified kinds of good foods and is worthwhile to pay extra cost for it. Most of the staff are welcoming and helpful. But the staff of cashier are a bit too cool to greet their guests. The dust on the cups in the minibar broke the image of its “blink blink cleanliness “. It’s good to live there for one day and try the breakfast buffet. But it is not suggested to live there for more……

“We really enjoyed our stay in Valletta. The team were so friendly and made us feel very welcome. Breakfast was excellent, and having it on the roof terrace was a great way to start the day. The room was spotless, roomy, and well-equipped. The location was excellent and there were so many brilliant restaurants and bars a couple of minutes walk away. Would highly recommend!”

“Location is the only plus. The room was filthy: a pizza box was left behind, toilet paper scraps were on the bathroom floor, and a used spoon was behind the TV. To make matters worse, the shower was clogged with a disgusting clump of hair. When I complained, they promised a cleaning service at a certain time, but they arrived three hours late. This place is poorly managed and unhygienic. Find somewhere else to stay.”

“We only stayed briefly, but it was a pleasant and comfortable stay with everything we needed, in a convenient location near the airport. The property was clean, with cafés and shops nearby. We did not see any staff during our stay, but that did not affect us, as communication by message was straightforward. There was some slight confusion over the address, but this was only a minor issue overall. There are also a few narrow steps, which may be worth noting for anyone with mobility issues.”

“On arrival, everything went smoothly. Front desk was very helpful and let us store our luggage as we were early. Unfortunately, the A/C and TV were not working and there was no fridge/mini bar as advertised. The front desk staff really was not helpful in resolving any of these issues. On a positive note, the bed was super comfortable and the location was great.”
