Con el check in todo bien, el check out mal una persona con cero idea de servicio al cliente. Además el servicio de cable no funcionó nos ofrecieron que llegaría el técnico y jamás se apareció. La ubicación y amenidades bien, el desayuno que incluye no es buffet solo te sirven una vez y si quieres algo mas es con un extra.”
