“A very pretty small hotel in a beautiful town. We booked two superior rooms. They were quite disappointing. So small there weren’t even night tables next to the bed. Rug and floor felt almost grubby. There is a strange outdoor space with a table and chairs but it’s in a bit of a cave. Obviously one of its main purposes is to allow people to smoke. Reception was marginally polite. In no universe is this a 5 star property. Food was very good but all in all I would not recommend”

“The property was as advertised. It was clean and comfortable. I would have preferred not to pay a cash deposit though for the wifi router- as you do not get this back until you leave. As I am UK the 20 Euro at end not so useful. The surrounds pool and location is wonderful. Such easy access to the beach via walk or train. The beach is breathtaking along with view of the Ria Formasa. I will return. The local staff friendly. I was made to feel welcome.”
