"Nach dem Vulkanausbruch 2021 waren wir nun zum elften Mal in La Palma. Die Anlage und das Dorf, wo wir die letzten Jahre wohnten, wurde durch den Ausbruch verschüttet. Es ist sehr traurig und doch auch wieder schön zu sehen, wie wieder gebaut wird und es nach Aufbruch aussieht. Es wäre hilfreich, im Vorhinein darüber informiert zu werden, dass "El Gallo" vom Lavastrom links und rechts umgeben ist. Es ist für die Gastgeber sicher ein Trauma, dass sie 2 Jahre nicht in ihr Anwesen durften. Trotzdem...

"The house is tremendous. A vast and clear living room, an incredibly well equiped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Outside, a small but sufficient pool, and incredible garden fittted with beautiful tropical plants. Pascal and Teresa were perfect for the check in & out. Regarding the other coments I've read, there was no pressure issue in the showers, so this problem seems fixed. "La limpieza es mejorable, lo peor es el olor a humedad al entrar, luego se va pasando. Las camas tienen un forro protector que se mueve y se queda arrugado y es molesto para dormir, al ser un apartamento, la limpieza no es diaria. El menaje está bien, pedimos cafetera expres y sin problema. Faltarían unas tazas de café pequeñas. El baño es oscuro, le cambiaría el color y pondría luz donde la bañera, lo que no hay es gel, champú, etc. "

"The hotel overall is nice, parking can be an issue though and there's no mini fridge in the room to keep items cold. The staff overall was very good especially the two ladies that run the cafe who i recommend you tip and the reception desk Fernanado, and Lorimer who also suggested a decent low cost seafood restaurant called Varadero in Puerto Tazacorte. I woke recommend this place the breakfast was very good although the choices are not quite as numerous as very big hotels."
