The hotel stay was an incredible value for the nightly rate. The hotel counts with an small underground parking garage for guests. Breakfast was included and there were hot items like eggs cooked different styles and calentado (rice and beans) and cold cuts, cheese, fruit and baked goods. Breakfast was generally good but some of the fruit (and the dessert from the night before) was frozen and tasteless. There is a pool and gym on-site but I cannot evaluate them as I did not use those facilities. Wi-fi is free and the access points appear to be room specific. I was able to stream movies without any performance issues. The room was clean and although I was on the 10th floor, there was city noise early in the morning (~5 to 6AM) that came through a screen by the shower (not a window but rather a framed mosquito mesh). The staff was top-notch, from the attendant in the front lobby to the server in the restaurant as well as the administrative staff. I would recommend the hotel to those that are looking for a clean, safe and pleasant stay if you need to be in that part of Santiago de Cali.
