“In each mid night, there are strong music noise and you can't sleep well. Reception people attitude not good and not helpful. There are many many ants in room. Not allow to bring room any food. Overall worst experience. ”

“La maison d'hôtes de Kenza est une maison familiale reconvertie en chambre d'hôtes et décorée dans le style traditionnel tunisien. Elle est idéalement située au coeur de la Medina, à deux pas de la grande mosquée Zitouna mais dans une ruelle très calme. Elle dispose aussi d'une belle terrasse avec vue sur toute la Medina où est servi le petit déjeuner tunisien. C'est exactement le type d'hébergement que j'espérais trouver pour mon séjour avec mes enfants. L'extrême gentillesse de nos hôtes en……

“Absolutely loved this place in the Medina, just a few minutes walk from Zeitouna Mosque. It's tasteful and beautifully presented, evocative of times gone by and just like the lovely pictures. Everywhere you look there is something nice to see. We were in a lovely large room and it was a delight to wake and look out at the courtyard and eat on the veranda in fresh air. We were here in February - the Medina was very quiet at night and our room was peaceful. The staff were ready to help - Hassan……

We were thrilled to have lunch with her during our stay. We had a reservation for the Four Seasons later in our trip, but canceled it in favor of returning here! ”

“The staff are generally very nice especially the maid preparing breakfast to us, she is very attentive. The properties is inside an alleys, you may not able to park the car in the alleys, someone with very high skill in maneuvering car in alleys may find it ok. The wifi is not connected to our room, it serves in the common living room where you have breakfast. Also, you need to ring the bell of main door to gain entry, it is not common to other dwelling. ”

“The horel manager Ahmed was very helpful and arranged transport to and from the airport. He was friendly and promptly addressed any questions we had. The breakfast every morning was wonderful. The hotel is beautifully decorated and comfortable. ”
