This hotel has a fantastic location. Restaurants abound, La Plancha Park is at the end of the Gastronomic Street, Paseo Montejo is a block away with mansions, museums, restaurants, shop, and pedestrian Sundays. The staff is bilingual and couldn’t be nicer. The pool area is an oasis. I especially enjoyed it at sunset.

Room was fantastic! Staff was so friendly and helpful with everything! I cannot say enough great things about this hotel. Gorgeous! Included bfast was great and relaxed in the beautiful courtyard. Location was perfect for sights and walking to amazing dinners. Will be back!!

This time I was given a room that wasn't as nice as before, the privacy curtain didn't work properly, there were two unpainted patches on the wall and there was a slight sewer smell.

The hotel has such a great relaxing vibe. It is a bit away from all the action which is a good thing because it can get noisy and busy in the heart of Merida. It is less than a 10 minute walk to the heart of the city and you can’t beat the pool area, dining area, and lovely lobby.
