Mansión Mérida is spectacular. We were welcomed with a drink and a fruit basket, and loved the daily treats in our room. The room upgrade was stunning, and the pool was incredibly refreshing. The service from the concierge team was world-class, and meeting the owner, Don Raúl, was a highlight. He even took a photo of us, which was delivered in a frame in our room and he met us as we were leaving to give us a thank you letter. Breakfast was delicious and the hospitality was truly personal. A gem in the heart of the city!

What really made this hotel stand out was the incredible staff. From the moment we arrived, they were warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind. Every interaction was friendly and helpful, and they clearly take pride in making guests feel comfortable and well cared for. Their hospitality truly made the stay special. The room itself was spotless and very well equipped, showing the same level of care and attention. The hotel also has a small pool and convenient parking, which were nice touches. One of our favorite spots was the rooftop terrace. It has comfortable patio furniture and is the perfect place to relax in the evening with a glass of wine and enjoy the warm breeze. Overall, this hotel offers a clean, comfortable stay, but it’s the wonderful staff who really make it memorable. Their kindness and attentiveness are what set this place apart.
