Spectacular views of the pool and relaxation area to enjoy the outdoor space. It is located 15 minutes from Las Cucharas beach and very close to all services, such as supermarkets, bars, restaurants and shops. New apartment in a modern and luxurious complex in Costa Teguise. It consists of a bedroom with a double bed and sofa bed in the living room. Bathroom with shower, washing machine and hairdryer. Fully equipped kitchen with hob, microwave, toaster, capsule coffee machine, kettle and fridge. Wifi with fibre, ideal for teleworking. Smart TV with Netflix. Washing machine, ironing board and iron. Spacious private terrace furnished with spectacular views of the pool. Upon leaving the apartment, you can enjoy the enormous terrace of the complex with sun loungers and a relaxation area to relax and sunbathe. Quiet communal pool with sun loungers. Bed linen and bath and pool towels are provided, one set per person. It has 2 fans, one in the bedroom and one in the living room. Apartment on the first floor, the complex does not have a lift. Public parking is always available and free of charge. Baby cot available upon request.
