In the bedrooms, the fan would not run unless the lights were on, again it got hot at night. The lock on the back door was broken, so we could not access the back yard patio. "The owners were very nice people but simply overwhelmed with the process. I believe they once had an assistant that helped them on VBRO that quit. We could not get the host to respond to our messages and we had no check in instructions until we called VBRO HQ at 5 pm the actual day of check in. The bottom knob on the front door was still locked when we arrived and we had to call again for a key. The back yard was nothing but a bare muddy pit. "This property was soooo darn adorable. We loved our stay at this location. You can literally walk out the door and head down to the Red River. I watched the sun come up each morning of our visit. It is well equipped to prepare meals if you wish. The home was very clean and it looked brand new. Loved the decor! This place is perfect for couples who want to stay in a location to enjoy nature. We absolutely loved this property! Highly recommend a stay at this home. Owner was wonderful to work with....
