A hotel which has everything I needed, located in Downtown core of Santiago. Was generally comfortable. Basic room with full washroom, fridge, microwave , plates etc.. Located very close and walking distance to many historical sites, plus Santa Lucia. Full grocery store about 5 minutes away, plus many small shops and cafes. Perfect for a short visit.

Both concierges went out of their way to give us a great experience Very good breakfasts. Amazing setting. A bit disappointed that not all activities available (but in fairness we tried to book them late)

It is a unique property; definitely a boutique hotel, which I prefer. I would recommend you ask for a 2nd or 3rd floor. My room on the 1st floor was right on the street with no privacy or natural light unless I opened the shutters. Also, I arrived by taxi at night. As we drove through the surrounding neighbourhood, the "historic" area was more ghetto than I expected from their photos. Many of the older buildings that would have been grand back in the day, are empty, in need of major repair. Certainly the Concha Y Toro had been beautifully restored, renovated! The front desk staff were wonderful, also. I did climb the stairs to their rooftop. Overall, a very pleasant stay.. the theatwas?

The staff was amazing! They were so kind and personable. The facilities were very comfortable and relaxing as well. The Aubrey would be my go to if we visit Santiago again.

Excellent location, friendly staff, good breakfast, good room size, given a free drink and to a lively roof top, free bottle of wine, Excellent service and well recommended.
