"The room was nice and clean, bed very comfortable. We had reserved 2 rooms originally in which they charged us for 2 breakfast for each room. When we arrived they didn’t have espérate beds in the 2nd room so we rented an additional room and were told that we would not be charged breakfast for that room since we paid for 2 already in the other room. When we went to check out the staff member was not as friendly as the ones that assisted us it might have been that there was a long line of people trying to check in and out not sure but the previous days they had also been busy but they still took the time to go over everything with us. The staff member that checked us out was rushed and seemed impatient with us as I asked questions and tried to explain to her what we had been told about not being charged for the breakfast in the additional room and she stated that everyone has to be charged and if we had already paid for 2 in the other room that can’t be credited to a new room. None the less we ended paying for an additional breakfast for several days without having an additional person. We paid for 5 breakfasts and only were 4 of us. "

"This is a very clean ‘hotel’. As others have said, more like a pension with limited staffed hours. But, very helpful and welcoming. Clean and modern room, perhaps on the small side, but big enough. The reception area in the bar next door/attached is usually available, but do communicate your arrival as they request ahead of time. Some noise from guests in the stairwell, so if bothersome, perhaps ask for an upper floor with less traffic. (I was on 1st floor next to stairwell)"
