"For the place it's nice hotel. It has some flaws but overall I'd go there again. Hotel is nicely designed but the rooms could be better equipped. We had full board, the buffet breakfast could be better, but I understand they can't put tons of food for total aprox 10 people accommodated in the hotel during our stay. "Staff were very kind and courteous. The spa treatments were great, we got them at the Irma spa and they were lovely. We did the mirror pool and mud pool + short massage, which made the trip worth it. The area itself is really beautiful, green and nice to walk around / have a drink. Also there are restaurants nearby in town which are really nice. Overall a nice trip but the other reviews are right that the property itself is dated. First impression on arrival wasn’t great but stay was nice enough."

"Can you call a building with 6 rooms positioned immediately beside a 3-storey prison hospital (encased in razor wire) a villa? A killa villa, maybe. You’ll have time to admire your next-door inmate neighbors as they catcall you from the open windows next door. Why will you have time? Because it could take an hour standing outside trying to navigate the self-serve check-in process as they try to collect parking fees and wait for your credit card to clear. Everything is self-serve with an unresponsive person who is on a mobile phone somewhere. We had to rattle cages at Expedia in order to check in. You want the wifi password? Why it’s printed in mice type somewhere in the room. Happy treasure hunting. The room itself is fine. Clean enough. Decent location to the town if you want to discount the prison vibes. I rarely write negative reviews, but I sure wished that I had read this review before booking. Buyer beware. "
