I thought the location of the property was absolutely great. The hotel itself was fine - small shower and overall not the nicest looking bathroom, but the AC worked great and the bed was comfy. If I had been better about booking out earlier I think I would have been thrilled by it overall, but as it was I paid a bit too much for just a fine hotel in a great area.

"I liked the new construction and new facilities and gret breakfast. Staff was not as friendly as many American hotel staff. Small water bottle costs $5 , definitely a ripoff. "This hotel is perfectly located steps away from Piazza San Marco. There are so many fabulous places to eat just steps away, along with gondola rides. Breakfast was great, too, and tea time. It was truly the best, and I would recommend to anyone!!"

Great location just 5 mins walk from the station
"Fabulous location, my room opened to the canal and that made it even more special. Rooms have very old style furnishings but that’s with most hotels in Venice. The room was very spacious and also had very high ceilings creating an added sense of space. Breakfast was just average"
