"I originally booked a Standard Room with Two Queen Beds through your website, as shown in the attached picture. However, upon arrival at the hotel, the staff informed me that they could not provide the room type I had booked. Instead, I was given a room with only one King bed and a small temporary cot. This cot came with a dirty bedsheet that had holes and no blanket. On top of that, one of the essential toiletries was not provided, which we had to specifically ask them to send, along with a blanket and a fairly acceptable bedsheet for the cot. It was not an easy night since the cot was far from a decent bed, and this significantly inferior room still cost nearly $200. Completely not worth it. Dont stay here."
