"While the condo was darling and right on the ocean we were not able to complete our stay. The building had a boiler problem which required new parts, so we had no hot water. We got in touch with Rachel immediately, and she responded quickly working with us to find the best solution. While we were disappointed that our stay was short, Rachel and Willie were excellent hosts. We hope to visit again sometime and rent from Rachel and Willie. "
