“I stayed at Hotel 99 during the holidays and booked a private room at the standard rate. It seemed decent enough, and since I had my motorbike, I didn’t mind the location too much. The room was surprisingly spacious with three beds – could easily sleep three people – and had a private bathroom. Reception kindly helped me book a cheaper transfer to Hanoi than I was able to find online.
