“1) Room was dirty - toilet not clean - litter in corners 2) Staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful - BUT my party had 6 guest rooms and we would've liked to have met in the unused conference room. It's incredibly stupid for the front desk to tell a guest (me) they can't use an amenity because Sales is off until Monday. Sales is never off in any company. Period. It wasn't staffs fault that there were kids running amok in the lobby - it just made sitting and talking impossible. 3)……

“We enjoyed our stay. The house was very well stocked. I was disappointed it didn’t have an ice maker. We bought bags of ice. It was a little inconvenient, but not a major deal. There were plenty of rooms to spread out and enjoy small group activities. Or larger groups can gather around the dining room table and enjoy a meal and conversation, or one of the games available at the house. The host was quick to respond to questions and checked on us to see if we needed anything. We would stay there……
