I checked out early one day, and hotel was not helpful with crediting me for the night I didn’t stay , and said the booking was done thru Expedia and that they couldn’t do anything. Not acceptable in my opinion.
Also, asked front desk for a bottle of water , and told me it would be $3.50 , which is ridiculous …at the other Marriot I stayed , they gave me water bottle when I asked , it’s just good customer service in my opinion .
Don’t know if I’ll stay at this location in the future , I am a Bonvoy member , will probably stay at another Marriot hotel in the future
