Villas arw spacious, clean and well maintained. The bed is huge and very comfortable.
Shower pressure is good. Towels are big and special towels provided for those who attend parties and need to wash off paint.
Little kitchen area and kettle and large fridge with bottles water.
Very quiet at night.
Decent size pool and sun loungers.
Nice gym area too.

“Nicest staff ever! Pool is beautiful and big, our poolside bungalow was also very spacious, the grounds are nice and the beach is a couple minutes walk. They cleaned our room daily and the breakfast included delicious Burmese food with western cuisine. We enjoyed a small beach party as well, every Wednesday. ”
“Beautiful property with very kind and helpful staff. You can easily rent motor bikes or get taxi’s to town. There are no elevators and a decent amount of stairs. It was fine for us but I could see how it might be a problem for older or disabled people. ”
“This is my favorite hotel in Koh Phangan! The staff is always friendly and willing to answer any questions you have about the island. The atmosphere is very cool & chilled plus There is a private beach right at the hotel. Also the food is absolutely delicious & and a great spot to do a little work in the morning. “這次在phangan6星期的旅程，是沒有預任何酒店，在haad Yao 海灘附近隨便訂了兩間比haad Yao bay view 貴一點的酒店，服務好，但房間不太清潔床上還有頭髮，最後嘗試入住haad Yao bay view, 一住就住了5星期，價錢平便，服務親切，每天都把房間清潔得乾乾淨淨，走幾步就到沙灘，附近有兩超級市場非常方便，如果由酒店到巿集只需20分鐘車程，酒店亦有租電單車服務，面向沙灘，風景一流，亦定時有殺蟲，絕對一流，相比起這小島其他酒店同等價錢絕對不會失望，一定會再到，值得推介。”
若有时间，不妨去Phaeng Waterfall (蓬格瀑布)和探沙德瀑布，在户外度过休闲的一天。要想去水滨休闲放松的话，Haad Yao Beach (哈德耀海滩)、沙拉海滩和Mae Haad Beach (梅哈德海滩)是不错的去处。Hin Kong Beach (欣港海滩)、Koh Ma (高马)和班查洛克海滩风景优美，是欣赏大自然的好去处。
