"I booked this property because of "Neemrana" brand, expecting old world charm "experience" with every room being exquisitely designed. The room (Menezes) I was assigned was "OUTSIDE" the main hotel, literally almost at the road with traffic noise, with window not usable. There was no character to the room. The overall experience was like staying in a motel, not in a "Neemrana" branded hotel. I am very disappointed in Neemrana brand. "

"Despite me having 5 e-mails to the establishment that i was arriving late (2 am) there was no attempt to organise entry. I had to sleep on the floor outside the apartment that morning. The apartment was comfortable and value for money but it was showing its sge. There was no internet and tv was inoperable. I had the apartment to myself but it could have got pretty crowded if all the rooms were occupied."

"Great hotel. The staff were fantastic, very proud and very friendly. Nothing was too much for them. Very quiet and the passing ships are a nice distraction. Facilities were first class and the smell inside the hotel just stays with you throughout your stay. The location is a little too far from the the airport, but that is a small blessing.
