“Everything is pretty standard.
Unfortunately they had some ongoing renovation which caused noise from 8am on
Breakfast was ok, and met criteria for continental standard. But you get more fruit and vegetables on any breakfast plate in the USA.
Depending on the receptionist the welcome was either harsh and cold or met todays standards. If you were lucky as we were upon arrival, the receptionist was helpful and kind.
The rooms were tidy and clean as UV lamp test revealed. just minor……

“While all the staff was great from the start, I was particularly impressed by the kindness and welcoming nature of two: 1- Louise, at the reception desk, helped me from the moment I arrived and was patient and empathetic and 2- Rima, the woman working in the Executive Lounge. She was so attentive and thoughtful from day 1! I take with me great memories of this nice hotel.”

“Når navnet på hotellet er waterfront cabins og bildene viser utsikt over vannet, så var det skuffende å finne ut at rommet var på baksiden uten utsikt til noe annet enn en vegg. Det var også mye lavere under taket enn vi forventet på hemsen der sengen var.
Til å være det som ser ut som helt nye blokker, så var det veldig lytt mellom etasjene og vi hørte godt romstering fra leiligheten over oss tidlig om morgenen.
Bortsett fra dette var det gode fasiliteter tilgjengelig i rommet med tydelige……
