Thick stone walls and facing the harbour means it lacks line-of-site to mobile towers. My modern phone worked, but data speeds were poor inside the apartment. The provided "wifi" consists of a dinky 4G hotspot which sometimes worked ar 1990s speeds: kilobits/sec. But mostly it didn't work at all. No other complaints, but lack of internet...

Located close to the beautiful Southern coastline, this superb small hotel is a perfect central location for a trip. Many scenic paths are at a walkable distance (5 km to 10 km of moderate difficulty will allow you to see many beautiful sights.) Roy and Jayne are the consummate hosts. Such a wonderful property, and the rooms are so very clean and comfortable. We slept so well, and were treated quite nicely. Kate is such a lovely host, and her brekkie is top-notch. We enjoyed chatting with her as we ate, and found her delightful and helpful. The farm setting is so peaceful (for us guest that is, a lot of hard work for owners), and the location is great for visiting the Lizard and other places around south Cornwall. Thank you much for such a great stay!
