“Perfect find, really want to gatekeep this place because it’s sooo stunning but they really deserve a review, the best staff, the best view, great location, blue water white sand beaches at your footsteps, stargazing at night on the benches outside, lovely local area with plenty of sightseeing and walks / hikes to complete, would recommend for everybody to come and stay here, will definitely come back and stay longer.”
“Clive and Alicia were extraordinary hosts.
The view was amazing. The local pub was amazing. We learned very well how to drive in Cornwall on the narrow roads and had no issues as long as we were careful! We really enjoyed being in this area and had some lovely walks on the coastline and peaceful views of the ocean and terrific sunrises. It was a lovely stay in Cornwall thank you, Clive and Alicia.”

“Cozy Inn in an amazing Cornish harbour location. Loved every minute sitting on the windowsill and watching the ongoings outside. Lovely cooked breakfast and traditional pub downstairs. Will come again!”
“We had a lovely spacious room with a comfortable bed, a bonus was the beautiful views of the river through the wide full height windows.
Only downside was the lack of a cooked breakfast which is not available.
There isn’t a table in the room so we had to sit on the single chair and blanket box to eat the cereals provided, not ideal when you want to fortify yourself for the SWCP walk.
They also didn’t service the room which meant we had to wash the cereal bowls and cups in the bathroom sink……
“Perfect location - nothing better than going for a daily sea swim at the beach at the bottom of the garden.
We had a garden view room with a balcony that looked through the gardens and to the sea - made for idyllic mornings and evenings.
Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.”

The accommodation was excellent, everything needed for the stay was provided and the rooms were tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean.
We arrived early after a 6 hour drive and expected we’d have to wait around a few hours until check in but we were surprised to notice that the key had been made available a lot earlier which was lovely.
The property is in an ideal location for exploring the beaches and coves on the Lizard peninsula.……
“We were staying at this hotel on a work trip absolutely beautiful and quaint hotel in the Bay of Coverack. Very picturesque little town, our rooms had sea views which made the stay even better.
The staff and people of this place were so nice and friendly can't say enough about them. Extremely warm and welcoming. Will be going back again in the future.
The food was excellent as good as any London restaurant.”
“3rd time staying here - love the house and position is great to explore the lizard. Damp was really bad this year - walls were wet and mouldy in places and kitchen cupboards very musty - cleaners were great coming out and cleaning up some of the mould. Probably damp build up if it had been shut up for a while. But we always enjoy our stay - beds comfy and loads of room for our family and little dog ”
“Stayed in the glamping tent and it was clean and tidy. The bed was really comfy and shower block was nice. Also had dinner and breakfast here and it was delicious”
“The property was very well maintained and equipped. Beautifully decorated and lovely enclosed outdoor area for our dog to play. The only downside was that the water flow was pretty inconsistent and it was very hot weather so a bigger fan would’ve been great as it gets very hot. Other than that, it was a lovely stay.”

Ideal for Children and Grandparents.
The hot tub was secluded and ideal for star gazing.
