"We absolutely love this hotel. The rooms are clean and the beds really comfortable. It could do with an update and refurb in certain areas but this doesn't affect the quality of the stay. The staff are very friendly and happy to help in any way they can. It's location is perfect as it's close to South pier, a tram stop, shops and the pleasure beach. We will be making further bookings in the future."

I booked 5 days before and they confirmed by mail and message and charged onspot on booking by online. I booked it because it's it's very near to beach but they took me a different rooms where refurbishing 3-4 rooms which was bad smell, no bathrooms, no drinking water, no WiFi...

We had an amazing stay as a family with two teenage girls. There was plenty to do and see in the local area, and the hotel itself was excellent - very clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The staff were polite, helpful, and genuinely friendly, which made a big difference.
The pool was a highlight for us - we used it three times during our stay and loved it! Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend it and will definitely be returning."

"Fantastic from start to finish. Rooms are cosy, warm and very very clean! Staff were lovely, gave the kids a box of sweets to share. Entertainment in the bar at the night (singer, bingo, then music), pool table and arcade games for the kids). Breakfast was lovely and all you can eat buffet. Very pleased with the stay for the price and we will definitely be staying again! We have stayed in many places in Blackpool but cleanliness and entertainment wise for the kids this was one of the best "
