"The property felt very private, especially around the pool which was surrounded by lots of trees & palms. The pool was nice and the seating in the dining room and living room was plentiful for our group of 7 guests. Easy 3/4 mile bike ride to the beach down a shaded bike trail. Would stay here again. (Mattresses could be firmer)."

"Our family just finished our annual beach vacation at Kiawah and loved staying at Kiawah Elegance. What a lovely and very well designed home. The home has the perfect layout for both privacy and family space. We particularly enjoyed the large screen porch in the evenings for dinners and family game nights. The loading and unloading was very smooth with the design of the basement and elevator with carts. The ping pong table in the basement was the source of much fun on rainy days. The beach access was very smooth and only a short walk. The storage area for bikes and beach equipment was very convenient as are the outdoor showers. The kids loved the pool and we even had a “push the button” weekly competition, prizes for the fewest misses! Would highly recommend Kiawah Elegance for your stay on Kiawah. The owner, Erin, was very good at communicating prior to and during our stay. The Biltz Family"

"We came down for a guys' golf weekend, and it was the perfect setup. The house is modern, spacious, and well laid out, with four comfortable bedrooms. After our rounds, we loved grilling by the pool, relaxing with a few drinks in the courtyard, and unwinding together. The location is excellent—inside the second gate with easy access to the Ocean Course and all the other Kiawah courses. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. Thanks for a great weekend!"
Upscale house with private pool, lagoon views - near beach & tennis

"The house was great. The cleaning crew did a great job cleaning up after the previous renters. But the downstairs AC broke and the maintenance crew was overwhelmed and didn’t get there until 9:00 at night. (They fixed it and did a great job.) I understand that AC issues are common during a hot summer, but for the amount that we paid to rent this house, I think the service should be more timely. That is, they should hire more maintenance workers. In addition, when I would email Casado, it was clear that AI was being used for their responses. As a result, the responses were bland and were not really responsive to my concerns. I also called the number given in the material, and the receptionist tried to help but she was not able to give me any better information."

"The property was excellent. We took the entire family for a vacation. Fourteen people ages 8 to 76. All had a great time. The kitchen was very well equipped and perfect for the family to gather for meals. The kids enjoyed the game room and pool. The beach ( 4-5 minutes by bike and maybe 10- 15 to walk) was excellent. Bike travel was fun for all ages. Side trip to Charleston is an excellent option as was a visit for dinner to the Ryder Cup Oceanside Club. Grocery and other retail facilities about 8 -10 minutes away were also very useful.Jeff the host was always helpful and responsive both before and during the trip. We highly recommend this property."
