The room was okay not too bad, just average and I would not stay there again. The whole facility could use a good scrubbing nothing felt clean. There was hair, not ours, on the floor and the table was sticky when we arrived. The beds were okay and the pillows were lifeless.

Solid hotel right on the beach. Close to what Isle of Palms has to offer. Decent pool, room was clean, staff was friendly. I’d stay here again. Stephanie at the front desk is really great.

The room is lovely, spacious and feels brand new, with soft towels and comfortable bed. Being on the beach is fantastic. Access for parking and unloading for a weeks worth of things for a family is not good. Adam was kind helpful with checkin process. Stephanie was great helping us store everything for a few hours before we could check in to our beach house.

Location was very close to the beach, dining and shopping. I do not recommend booking an interior room. These rooms only have a small window overlooking an interior corridor. Parking is extremely limited. Do not arrive early. You will only be able to check in early if you pay a $100 fee. The pool is tiny with a small seating area and no umbrellas or any place to get out of the sun.

Is not as nice as the photo show quite deceiving. Banging went on till 11 PM. You couldn’t use the pool till 10 AM and check out at 11 am. We were only staying one night. It would’ve been super disappointing if it had been a longer trip.

I was super happy for my first time here. The breakfast had pancakes, cereal, and bagels. So plenty for me and free! Pros: It’s a less then a 2 minute walk to the beach. The balcony room was large and worth the extra $ to get one. Mine was facing the city but it had a lot to watch. It’s central and within walking distance of many restaurants and a liquor store. Staff were friendly and helpful. They were able to hold on the my luggage until my room was ready too! Con: Quiet unless there are some drunken stragglers nearby your door. But the staff also helped to take care of it. Housekeeping service starts at 7am..unsure why it’s so early when you can’t even check in until 4:00.

I booked an acean view room,when i got here,i was told there was none available, so i settled,i get to my room,after paying more to be able to get in the room early,only to sit there fr 4 hrs in a hot room because the air conditioning was broke and leaking,i was given another room,but by tgat time,the day was pretty much over,by the time we moved to a different room,it was to late to do anything else,only a refund will make this right.

Bathroom was dirty with chips on toilet seat. Elevator didn’t work on parking lot floor. Air conditioning didn’t cool to set temperature of 70 degrees Fahrenheit. In summary, stay was not worth more than $120, meanwhile, I paid $522

The property was pretty janky. The pool area had poorly installed tile. Used aids sitting on top of the pool filter. The tile installer evidently did the rooms too. There were random clumps of silicon/caulk on the bathroom walls that looked like toothpaste clumps. The rooms are tiny, the mini fridge doesn't get food or drinks cold. No freezer to freeze ice packs. The walls aren't sound proof like most nice hotels. I could hear every door slam, every person walk, talk, bounce balls in the hallways at all hours. The beach is overcrowded and looked like a seal colony. Parking is an absolute nightmare. I was scared to move my vehicle after taking hours to find a spot since they lot is also a public beach access, so everyone and their brother parked in the same lot. You also have to pay to park, additional to the overpriced shoddy rooms which I wasn't told and it was $25 a day. Restaurants were vastly overpriced but food was 3/5. Would not recommend to anyone and will never return to the area. Not family friendly, not conducive for a relaxing vacation at all.

Very average stay for the price we paid. We liked the availability of extra clean towels. Parking was terrible and had to park on the street. Bell carts were all rusted and broken. Elevator was old and creeky, so we we using the stairs to the 3rd floor every day.
