We loved everything about this place! So clean and cozy. We loved the breakfast and coffee they provided in the cute kitchen.. all day long, and cookies/snacks at night. The decor was great... a mix of antiques, quirkiness, colorful, classy! Just a few steps/short walk to the restaurants. Easy access to the beach, two streets over. There were a variety of bicycles and beach accessories (beach towels, floats, boogie boards) to choose from. Our room (The Prince Folly room) doors opened to our own back deck with large table and lounge chairs and another door opened to the fully stocked kitchen. There's a nice powder room/bathroom beside the lobby in case you arrive early. They offered for us to change out of travel clothes which was nice... went to the beach until they texted us our room was ready. We got to check in early. In room was a huge tile shower, and separate bathroom/toilet with a mini fridge. Armoire closet to hang clothes. Mirrors on walls for ladies getting ready! (There are stairs going up to the office and rooms, so I'm not really sure how a leg-handicapped person would do there.)
I will definitely stay here again! Must add that the sweet dog that hung around in the entrance made our whole trip! Fell in love with Wrigley when his mama-manager brought to work with her! Laura told us of the fun and delicious restaurants in the area and, we hit each one she suggested. It was quiet and peaceful at night. The other guests were respectful.
