4. Cabo Pulmo National Park
Cabo Pulmo Marine Reserve (Parque Nacional Cabo Pulmo) is one the world’s greatest achievements in ocean conservation. This 27.5-square-mile (71.1-square-kilometer) reserve features a 20,000-year-old coral reef, which is the only living reef in the Gulf of California. Within Cabo Pulmo Marine Reserve exists some 800 marine species. Discover them and pristine reefs on diving and snorkeling adventures.

5. Playa Hotelera
Playa Hotelera (Hotel Beach) has a long shore faced by many well-known resorts in San José del Cabo, Baja California Sur, in Mexico. The beach is great for sunbathing, people-watching, horseback riding and fishing. Play sports, such as beach volleyball, try surfing or go jogging. This is not a good spot for swimming though, as the ocean currents are often strong and dangerous.
