The moment we called for a shuttle ride, we were treated as royalty. The shuttle arrived when and where we were told, and the driver was very attentive and professional. We went straight to the check-in desk, and they had our rooms ready and waiting. Check-in was very smooth and without issues. We went to our room and found it larger than we anticipated, and it looked and smelled fresh. We were able to connect to the property's Wi-Fi with no issues. We had both dinner and breakfast on the property, and the staff was very nice and professional. The food was great. They were understaffed, or the staff was just slow, because it did take a while for them to greet and seat us. They were always friendly, always smiling, and were very professional, Overall, I would rate them a 5 out of 5 and would definitely return and recommend others to stay there.

Very clean, quiet and quaint hotel!! Will definitely stay here again. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Great walkable downtown location. Bonus it is connected to a restaurant/lounge.

The guys left the trip. They had a great time with their first time to Alaska and fishing for halibut and cod they’ll be returning.

Clean room, convenient location (walking distance to airport and Alaska state ferry). Great market close by (A&P) with coffee, breakfast, groceries. Frequent $2 bus to downtown Ketchikan.
