9.2/10 Wonderful! (95 reviews)
Villa Flöckner is super convenient to the Hauptbahnhof, no more than a 5-6 walk. Room was VERY quiet and A/C worked great. A bus stop (my ticket was free) is just across the street and provides ready access to the Alt Stadt in 15 minutes. That said, the old town is not close, requiring a bus ride or a ~30+ minute walk. Still, if you go along the river, it is a pretty walk. Breakfast was good but not as varied as other places I visited on this trip. A word of caution - if you are mobility impaired, this is not the place to stay. Although there is an elevator, it opens between floors, meaning you must walk up or down stairs, even to get to the main office to check in or check out.

No shampoo or Conditioner or Body cream provided. Air conditioning wasn’t really working and the windows opened but found it a bit noisy in the morning. Overall close to everything and well kept. Would stay there again.
