"😡Very disappointing stay. The Expedia listing says parking is $20 per day, but in reality it was $20 every single time you enter or exit the parking lot, regardless of how long you stay. When I asked the front desk about it, the staff member had a bad attitude and told me, “Well, I could just cancel your stay.” Customer service overall was terrible. I asked room service if they had a charger I could purchase and they laughed and said no. The AC in the room did not work, the room itself was very outdated, and the parking garage smelled strongly like sewage, which was unbearable. It also took over an hour for room service just to bring a bottle of wine. The front desk staff was extremely rude throughout the stay.
