“We chose this property because of the included parking. As it turned out, after making the non-refundable reservation, parking wasn't included because we had a small SUV. We were given two addresses of nearby parking lots, one of which we couldn't find and the other of which didn't accept cars overnight. The building and rooms are all recently remodeled in concrete and other modern materials and so it's incredibly loud. For the room in the back of the building, we heard the bar most of the……

“We loved our stay! Everything was walking distance to restaurants.”

“I was very disappointed with my stay. The biggest issue was that there was no air conditioning, which made the room extremely uncomfortable. Despite staying there, housekeeping was never provided, so we had to manage without fresh towels or a cleaned room. The front desk staff was rude and unhelpful, making an already frustrating experience even worse. Customer service was lacking from start to finish. Also, this property is advertised as a hotel, but it is really operated more like an Airbnb……
