The stay was convenient but the hotel could use some upgrades. The room airconditioning was terrible. I would wake up in the middle of the night because it was so hot. I called the front desk and maintenance came but he didnt do anything i didnt do to the thermostat so nothing changed.

We usually stay here when we are flying out of the TJ airport. It is quiet and feels safe. I like the rooftop pool and the VIP perks.

There was a beautiful golf course view from our room. The hotel had a nice pool, and clean, comfortable rooms. The carpet could use a good stretch to flatten out some wrinkles. Also the staff should inform guests how to use the room key to turn in the lights. That was new for us.
