The beds were comfortable, nice tiled bathrooms, big couch for everyone to stretch out, and comfortable outside lounge chairs and patio set. The owner is very communicative and always responded quickly to inquires. This is a beachfront property and it is by far the best house we have stayed in at Las Gaviotas . Listening to the waves all day and night is the perfect way to spend the weekend. The house had everything we needed and the kitchen was well stocked. I would highly recommend this property. I can't say enough about this property. My family and I have visited Las Gaviotas on several occassions, however, this is the first time we were able to snag a front row house. It's safe to say, this was by far the best one that we've stayed it. It's spacious, comfortable and the view is to die for! The host, Scott, was easy to work with and quick to respond as was the property manager, Rosalia. My family and I had the most amazing (and relaxing) stay.
