It features a spacious living space, a kitchenette (no cooktop/oven) and 1 bedroom. The bedroom has a queen size bed. If you need to accommodate additional people the sofa is also a sleeper for 2 additional sleeping spaces. The unit will sleep 4\. This unit is perfect for families and includes many recent updates to decor and amenities. This unit is equipped with all you will need for your stay: A Kitchenette with Microwave and Mini Refrigerator. Comfortable Living Area with a Large LED Flat Screen and Cable Television Queen Size Bed Queen Size Sleeper Sofa You are within walking distance of a staircase that will bring you down to the sandy beach on Netarts Bay. There is a grocery store behind the property (down near unit 7) and there is a convenience store near the front of the property (unit 1) Our units also have WiFi and Cable television. We are a pet friendly property in all of our units for an extra fee - those with severe allergies should be aware that we do not have any rooms that are pet free. There is also a fee based Level 2 EV charger available at the property. Two blocks to the beach. Communication from the property owners is extremely helpful. Check in is right at 3pm as you just use a pin number to access your unit. I stayed in Unit #7 and loved it! The new owners have done a great job at fixing up the property. The bed was super cozy, sheets felt amazing. Nice hot shower. Kitchenette was just enough. Nice big screen tv.
