Hat alles gepasst

Nett eingerichtetes Appartement in guter Laufnähe zum Strand. 40qm sind natürlich nicht viel aber Einrichtung und Ausstattung hat alles gepasst, ruhig Haus, mit geschicktem Spielzimmer und kleinem Pool für die Kinder.

Leider nicht zu empfehlen

Der Standort war gut und tja, das wars dann wohl auch an positivem. Habe noch nie ein negatives Feedback bei eine FeWo hinterlasse n, aber das war echt gruselig für den Preis. Die Wohnung macht auf den ersten Blick einen soliden Eindruck, aber es war sooooooooo unglaublich dreckig, da fragt man sich wofür 80€ endreinigung genommen wird. Auf dem Bett waren Krümel, das mussten wir erstmal ausschlagen und absaugen. Besteck und Geschirr war alles dreckig, der Boden machte den Eindruck als sei er seit wochen nicht mehr gewischt worden und zwischen Klobrille und Toulettendeckel wurde scheinbar noch nie gereinigt, mit Kleinkind eine Zumutung. Niendorf der Ort ist toll, da werden wir wieder Urlaub machen, aber nie wieder in dem ApartmentKomplex Windrose.
