The house has everything you need to spend a very relaxing holiday: air-conditioning, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, fully equipped kitchen, moka and American coffee machine, barbecue and a nice garden. The owners live close-by and were very helpful with everything we needed, they let us try some local spirit and even brought us some icecream! Cleanliness is OK but I rate 4 stars the pool because the water unfortunately was not very clear. They realized and changed it all, so lucky the next guests that arrived after us. There is just a small market in the village so better go to the grocery in Pazin or Poreč. There is a superb restaurant, konoba Danijeli, in a walking distance. We would definitely stay here again. The villa is comfortable and had everything you need- we made good use of the pool with its lovely view. Very clean and tidy villa even has a BBQ / pizza oven. We spent 11 nights at Villa Ana. Damir and Irana are wonderful hosts who were keen to ensure we had all we needed for a very enjoyable and comfortable stay in the Villa. They live just across the road and are always available if needed. We actually arrived at 2 am, after a delayed flight, which Damir was very understanding about and we drank Grappa together at 2.30 am after being shown round the villa !! That is service !! The Villa was very comfortable and clean with good indoor spaces and a lovely exterior. This included a nice size pool and lounging area and lot of beautiful plants and a big barbecue area. The setting is very quiet and rural, which we enjoyed, away from the hustle and bustle of the larger towns and coastal resorts. The coast is however easily accessed within around 30 minutes drive. We enjoyed exploring the western coast including Rovinj, Porec, Vrsar (which has a good water sports centre) and Novigrad among some of the highlights. For eating the restauraunt in Danijeli, just the other side of Kringa, is very good with great food and good value. A visit to the mountain town of Motovun is highly recommended and the zip wire experience at Pazin is good fun. All in all a wonderful holiday in a beautiful part of Croatia, in a lovely villa and with great hosts. Wir konnten mit allen Fragen jederzeit zu Ihnen kommen. Das Haus war sehr sauber!!!!!! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Damir hat uns viele tolle Tips gegeben was wir anschauen können. In der Nähe gibt es eine Molkerei, dort ist die Milch, der Joghurt und der Käse sehr gut, ist wirklich zu Empfehlen gleich am Anfang hinzugehen und sich im Urlaub zu versorgen. Genauso der Schinken in einen ganz kleinen Familienbetrieb ist sehr zu Empfehlen. Die Prospekte sind im Haus. Auch in Motovon gibt es tollen Trüffel SEHR GUT!
