We had booked the Deerpark location, but the morning we were to check-in, we received a message indicating that we've been moved to a different rental location due to a 'plumbing issue at Deerpark'. "Nice and well kept property. Great breakfast included. Unfortunately no AC and we were assigned a room overlooking the parking lot, so with window open for ventilation we had to experience some late night vehicular traffic noise. While well kept we saw some cob webs on the ceiling of our room, but luckily no spiders."

A very special thank you to Marta and Joanna in the dining room—they were warm, attentive, friendly, and made every meal such a pleasant experience. Cyril was absolutely fantastic as well! His professionalism, kindness, and genuine hospitality really stood out. It’s people like Marta, Joanna, and Cyril who turn a good hotel stay into a memorable one. They made us feel genuinely welcomed and well cared for. I would absolutely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again. Five-star service all around! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

"Had my wedding here in August and it was a DREAM!!! Sarah was the most wonderful host possible and made planning a wedding from the States a breeze. The estate is absolutely phenomenal. So much character and history, you will be in awe. You feel like you're in a movie. I did almost no decor for my wedding because the venue itself takes care of everything. The house is spotless and so comfortable. There's stunning views from every angle & window. As an American who isn't a fan of Irish food, this is the best cooking I've EVER had in Ireland (sorry to my Irish family) I still think about the food constantly. Sarah is extremely accommodating to her guest and just an absolute joy to be around. Truly no words can do this place and my experience justice. Pictures don't even do this place justice. this house has everything you could possibly need and is a very short walk into town as well. There's so much to do on the property and kids will have a blast there especially with all the animals! This was such a magical stay for me and made my wedding so special. In the future when I go back to Ireland, even though I have a place to stay with my family, I will make sure to stay at least one night back at the Lismacue house to see Sarah and think about how dreamy my wedding was. THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING LISMACUE HOUSE & STAFF!!!!!♥♥♥♥ The best of the best!!"
