“Front desk staff helpful. No lift so stairs to rooms but staff did carry luggage. Convenient location, lovely dinner in bar. Close to Irwin’s for drinks and music. Not sure why but we were told not to drink tap water and had to carry water from bar. Very close to Cahir castle.”

“Nice boutique hotel in the heart of Cashel. Underground parking was greatly appreciated as parking on the street is scarce. Morning breakfast had made to order options. Quiet! We would stay here again.”

“Booked a king room with a balcony which promised “Spectacular views of Gardens/River Suir or Comeragh Mountains”. Our room principally had a view of a tree and the corn field behind it. The room was a compact and the balcony lacked privacy from the adjoining rooms or the car park below. There was an irregular buzzing noise throughout the night so we had little rest. There is little in the immediate vicinity of the hotel, so plan on using the hotel facilities or drive into town in the evening.”

As for the accommodation, there is absolutely nothing to complain about: the room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable for a good rest. It was the ideal pit stop on the road after leaving Dublin, just before heading out to explore the Rock of Cashel. We recommend this place without hesitation!”

“This was our second stay at this lovely Lodge. Small, cosy, but more than enough room inside. Avril and Michael are great hosts and live next door for any questions you might need. It's a lovely rural location in tipperary and you can't beat the peace and quietness of the countryside here. Taxi drivers are available and Avril will provide you with the details if needed. Already looking forward to when we return again!”
