“Easy to find just off the motorway, with plenty of parking. Lovely hotel with beautiful gardens and terrace. The room was excellent having recently been refurbished. Also it had an iron & board which I like to have. The only thing was that the AC periodically made an awful rumbling noise. I probably should have mentioned it. Personally I really dislike the tiny cartons of milk you get for tea/coffee but I realise it’s pretty much the norm. I asked for a small jug of milk from the……

“The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The hotel was in a great location. The rooms were slightly dated. It was great to have the pool and fitness facility on the grounds. I would definitely stay there again.”

“I'm writing this review based more on the host than the property at Deerpark. We had booked the Deerpark location, but the morning we were to check-in, we received a message indicating that we've been moved to a different rental location due to a 'plumbing issue at Deerpark'. We were assured by Justin that the new location would be better: more room, a big backyard, etc. Upon checking in, it was bigger, but certainly not better. This place was dated and in need of several repairs. The carpet……

“Justin, while nice, changed the property the day of the reservation without explanation. He sent texts to me while I was traveling. There was no time or option for me to rent another space for myself and my family. The unit we stayed in, I saw when booking and chose not to book. The unit we were given was smaller than what was booked, not as well furnished, and needed repair. The upstair’s shower actively leaked thru the kitchen ceiling, light fixtures were broken and would malfunction……

“We had a fantastic experience at Limascue! The owners were so gracious & hospitable. The stay was a true highlight of our trip to Ireland. A beautiful property giving us a true taste of Irish history. The breakfast was also amazing. Highly recommended!!”
