definitely come back here with my family. The only thing that was a bit inconvenient is that it’s located quite a bit away from the city centre so you have to take a taxi every time you want to go do something in town. But it’s super quiet here!”

“The hotel was cold, with no heaters in room (despite being advertised as having in the room). The bathroom was shared and the hot water was barely luke warm. Breakfast begins at 7am but as we were leaving for airport before 7am, the receptionist told me we couldn't have a pack breakfast (which other hotels have done for us) as breakfast is only tea or coffee and papaya juice.The walls are marked. “The 'muchachos' were very helpful and responsive to requests. They speak both English and Spanish. They organised taxis as needed, were very flexible to time of serving meals, and provided advice to seeing the sights. Rooms were clean the the place felt very comfortable and welcoming. “The staff were very helpful to us in many ways. We needed some help figuring out the safe. We asked for some different pillows not so high. We also asked for a heater. They responded very quickly.
